THE ESTÉE LAUDER COMPANIES Is looking for a Nordic Key Account Assistant
We are searching for a KAM Assistant to support one of our Key Account Managers. Are you eager to learn and build your career through great performance and stakeholder management, and are you motivated by driving retailer satisfaction? Then you might be the one we are looking for!/
As Nordic KAM Assistant, you are a crucial member of our Commercial team and your key responsibility is to support one of our Key Account Managers driving performance and retailer satisfaction further, while eager to help on any other ad-hoc task. Your primary task is to execute the set tradeplan, do campaign follow-ups and prepare campaign + newness quotations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Weekly track of sales
- Campaign follow-up
- Sell-in all news & own + follow up on incoming orders
- Update tradeplan for all retailer with actual sell-out
- Update distribution changes and new openings
- Follow-up on orders, and validate figures in internal database
- Run the day-to-day business with our retailer's Purchasing assistants (4 in total)
- Own and communicate any changes to OCD, Product codes, pricing etc. between brand and customer
- Answer ad hoc questions from retailers
- Coordinate marketing POS material between brand and customer
Own, coordinate & execute retailer events + follow up on marketing launches and campaigns on all retailer platforms (in particular website and paid media).
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Used to working with different systems.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Swedish skills
Used to working with Microsoft Office
