Do you want to become part of a dynamic and executing Supply Chain team and be the one guaranteeing high level master data – if yes, maybe you are our new colleague?

As our new Master Data Steward Nordic, you will be part of the Nordic Supply Chain team that besides Master Data includes Demand Planning, Logistics Handling and Service, Execution Planning and Customer Service. You will be the owner of the Nordic master data including price uploads, customer creation/changes/closures, correct status codes, local data models (product catalogue workbench), EDI maintenance and setup as well as Kodabas maintenance. As most of the transactional master data is handled by a third-party provider, you will be the main contact and day-to-day owner of the processes and be the one setting up the needed controls to ensure a high level of quality within master data management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning the Nordic master data and ensuring a high level of quality within master data

  • Management of the Third-party supplier within transactional master data including implementation of KPI’s

  • Ownership of the Customer Creation/Change/Closure process

  • EDI management and setup locally (technical resources available to assist)

  • Ownership of Nordic testing within the master data area

  • Owning the SAP data models and driving Master data projects to support business execution

  • Handle incoming Retail Sales formats and upload data in BI to support the monthly Business Review meeting and business decisions

  • Be a driver together with the Nordic BI team to ensure best possible data in BI

Qualifications

Qualifications

You have a higher education within Supply Chain, Business Administration or Data Management, or several years of experience within master data management in a similar role. You strive for excellence in Execution and you are highly skilled within ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Excel. Experience with EDI management and IT in general is an advantage.

  • An open-minded and winning personality with a positive “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to build strong relationships with many different stakeholders

  • A team player who in cooperation with your colleagues ensures a good working environment

  • Proactive nature with a solution and solving mindset

  • Fluency in English is required. Basic understanding in one of the Nordic languages is an advantage
